How we handle your data

• Your data is used only for your work. It is never shared with, or used for, another customer.
• Today we work on public data, plus any figures you choose to give us.
• We do not accept confidential documents until they can be held on dedicated, access-controlled infrastructure.
• Our findings support your team's review. Your quality system stays the system of record.

Portfolio assessments, market scans, BE risk profiles and the guidance-change monitor are built from public sources: regulators' registers and guidance, patent listings, published prices and the scientific literature. Where an answer depends on figures only you have, such as your own volumes or costs, you choose whether to give them to us, or we show the answer as a range and the point at which it would change.

Reviewing your own documents, or your suppliers' reports and dossiers, needs confidential data. We will only accept such documents once they can be held and processed on dedicated, access-controlled infrastructure. Before your first confidential document, we will tell you where it will be stored and processed, which providers will see it, and agree this with you in writing.

• Our database is hosted in India, and our application servers are in Singapore.
• We use third-party AI model providers to do the groundwork. They receive the content needed for a request only when that request is made, and they may process it in other countries.
• We will name our current providers on request: email sr@agnigent.ai.

Your data is visible to your account, to the domain experts who check work done for you, and to the Agnigent personnel who need it to run and support the service. Experts who check your work see only what that work needs. Agnigent does not use your content to train AI models.

Every finding we give you comes with its sources, its assumptions and a record of who checked it, so your team can verify it. Our findings are advice that supports your team's review. They do not replace your procedures: your team makes the final call, and your quality system stays the system of record. If you need documentation of how our work is produced, for your own assessment of it, ask us.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing sr@agnigent.ai. Our privacy policy sets out what we collect, how long we keep it and your rights.
