Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Who we are
The Agnigent platform at www.agnigent.ai (the "Service") is operated by Agnigent Pvt Ltd ("Agnigent", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Service, visit our website, book a conversation, apply to our expert panel or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question or request, email sr@agnigent.ai.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your name and email address. We never receive your Google password, and we do not store your profile photo.
- Content you provide. Documents you upload (such as study synopses), study details you enter, chat messages, comments, edits, and the documents the Service generates for you.
- Approval records. When you approve or sign off a document version, we record the approver's name, the time, and a fingerprint of the approved content, so the version history can serve as an audit trail.
- Usage and technical records. Records of each AI request and response made while generating your documents, credit usage, and error logs. We use these to run, support, and improve the Service.
- Information you send us. If you email us, for example about the pilot program, we keep that correspondence.
- Conversation bookings. When you book a conversation through our booking page, which runs on Google Calendar, we receive your name, your email address, the time you chose and anything you add to the booking.
- Expert panel applications. When you apply to our expert panel through our application form, which runs on Google Forms, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, area of expertise, years of experience, current or past roles, LinkedIn profile, and which of our agents you could help check.
Patient and personal data in documents
The Service is designed for study-level information: study design, endpoints, populations, and published literature. It is not designed to process identifiable information about patients or study participants. Please do not upload such data. If a document contains personal data about other people, you are responsible for having the right to share it with us.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising cookies. On our public pages (the home page, this policy, our terms and our data page) we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, but only if you allow it. When you first visit, we ask; until you accept, Google Analytics does not load and sets no cookies. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) that last up to two years and collects information such as the pages you view, the buttons you click (for example, to book a conversation), how you reached the site, and your approximate location and device type. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of these pages; declining removes the analytics cookies. Google Analytics is not used inside the signed-in Service.
During sign-in we set one short-lived security cookie, which expires within five minutes. After you sign in, your browser's local storage holds a sign-in token (valid for up to seven days) and your display preferences, such as light or dark theme. Your analytics choice is also kept in local storage.
How we use your information
- To provide the Service: sign you in, generate and revise your documents, and keep their version history and audit trail.
- To support you, including investigating problems you report.
- To measure and improve the quality of our workflows, for example by evaluating generated documents against quality checks.
- To manage pilots, credits and billing, and to communicate with you about the Service.
- To arrange and hold the conversations you book, and to follow up on them.
- To assess expert panel applications and to contact applicants about reviewing our agents' work.
- If you allow it, to understand how visitors use our public website, so we can improve it.
- To keep the Service secure and to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. Agnigent does not use your content to train AI models.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as far as they need it:
- Cloud hosting and database providers, which store and serve the Service and your data.
- Third-party AI model providers, which process the content needed to generate or revise your documents. They receive your content only when a request is made.
- Google, which provides sign-in, hosts our booking calendar (Google Calendar) and our expert panel application form and its responses (Google Forms and Google Sheets), and, if you allow it, provides website analytics (Google Analytics).
- Public literature databases, such as PubMed from the US National Library of Medicine. To find supporting literature, we send search terms derived from your study details, such as drug name, indication, or study design. We do not send your documents.
We will send you our current list of service providers on request. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or of Agnigent.
Where your data is processed
Our database is hosted in India and our application servers are in Singapore. Our AI model providers may process content in other countries.
How long we keep information
We keep your information while your account is active or while we need it to provide the Service. You can ask us to delete your account and content at any time by emailing sr@agnigent.ai. We will complete the deletion within 30 days. If your organisation needs signed document versions kept for its audit records, tell us and we will keep those versions and delete everything else. Copies held in our backups are removed on their normal cycle. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as billing records. We keep conversation bookings and expert panel applications while we are in contact with you, and for up to two years after our last contact. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Security
All traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Access to your data is limited to your account and to the Agnigent personnel who need it to operate and support the Service. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of a breach as the law requires.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent to its use. Email sr@agnigent.ai and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
Children
The Service is intended for professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date, and we will notify active users of any material change.
