Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Agnigent platform at www.agnigent.ai (the "Service"), operated by Agnigent Pvt Ltd("Agnigent", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
If your organisation has signed a separate written agreement with us, such as a pilot agreement, that agreement takes precedence over these terms wherever the two conflict.
2. The Service
The Service runs clinical documentation workflows with AI. It helps you gather study facts, draft documents, review them, and record approvals and versions. The Service is in an early-access and pilot stage. Features may change, and we do not guarantee any particular level of availability unless we agree to one in writing.
3. Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. Keep your account secure, and tell us promptly at sr@agnigent.ai if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is for professional use by people aged 18 or over.
4. Pilots, credits and fees
Use of the Service is measured in credits. Paid pilots and plans are arranged with us directly, and their fees and terms are set out in your order or pilot agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable and unused credits do not carry over. We may suspend usage when your credit balance runs out.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or enter ("Inputs") and, as between you and us, of the documents the Service generates for you ("Outputs"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit your Inputs and Outputs only as needed to provide, support, and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload your Inputs. You also confirm that you will not upload identifiable information about patients or study participants, since the Service is not designed to process it.
6. AI-generated output and professional responsibility
- Outputs are drafts produced with AI. They can contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate statements, even when facts have been locked and citations fetched.
- A qualified professional must review every Output before it is used. You remain responsible for the final content of your documents and for any regulatory submission, clinical decision, or other use you make of them.
- The Service does not provide medical, regulatory, or legal advice.
- “Sign-off” and “signed version” in the Service mean an approval recorded in the Service by a named user, with the version then locked. They are not an electronic signature under 21 CFR Part 11 or any similar regulation, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights;
- attempt to access other users' data or accounts, or to bypass security or usage limits;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- interfere with or overload the Service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your Inputs and Outputs as confidential. We access them only to provide, support, secure, and improve the Service, or where the law requires it. They are processed by our service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, workflows, knowledge base, templates, and evaluation methods, belongs to Agnigent and its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Agnigent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Ending your use
You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the Service; if we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice where we can, so you can download your documents.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date, and we will notify active users of any material change. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts with jurisdiction over Agnigent's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
